Currently serving as Managing Director at Opus Advisors since January 2014, Claudia leads a firm known for representing top talent on Wall Street and maintaining strong relationships with prominent investment banks, private equity firms, and hedge funds. Previously, Claudia founded and presided over Executive Advancement, Inc., a retained executive search firm focused on the aerospace, electronic/electrical, and capital equipment industries from May 2002 to January 2014. Claudia's career began at Korn/Ferry International, where Claudia advanced from Research Associate to Principal within the industrial practice, specializing in aerospace, from 1993 to 2002. Claudia's foundational education includes a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Northeastern University, earned between 1987 and 1992.
