We are looking for a Senior Contract Recruitment Consultant to develop our ServiceNow offering, ideally with experience recruiting in ServiceNow or other transformation tech including, Microsoft, SAP, ERP or Oracle.

This position offers you a fast-track to career growth opportunities, as well as the autonomy to run the business in your prospective region/market and play a strong role in growing our business.

The role:

• Build long lasting relationships with candidates and clients
• Business development, building new client relationships through cold calling, meetings and networking
• Keeping up to date with industry knowledge and mapping out your market
• Finding the best talent in your market by networking, headhunting and other recruitment efforts
• Creating job adverts
• Negotiating with both clients and candidates
