Nigel Ramana

Nigel Ramana is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the talent consultancy sector. Currently serving as the Group Chief Operating Officer and Group Managing Director at Opus Talent Solutions since January 2018, Nigel has contributed to the company's mission of becoming a global leader in innovative talent solutions. Prior to this, Nigel held various roles at Opus Recruitment Solutions from March 2008 to December 2015, culminating in a position as Regional Director. Earlier career experiences include roles at Recruit 360 and Computer Futures Solutions, where foundational skills in recruitment were developed. Nigel holds a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Liverpool, graduated in 2003.
