Sam Gibb

Sam Gibb is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in investment management and board governance. Currently serving as a Board Member at iMotorbike, Eastbound Equity, and Oraan, and as Principal at Resolution Ventures and Endeavour Ventures, Sam has demonstrated expertise in negotiating complex financial issues, leading due diligence for early-stage fintech companies in Southeast Asia, and developing strategic networks for investment success. Previous roles include Portfolio Manager at Kit-Trading, Assistant Portfolio Manager at Symphony Financial Partners, and Head of the Valuation Team at Quvat Management Pte Ltd. Sam holds a BMS/LLB degree with first-class honours from The University of Waikato, is a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand, and is a CFA charterholder.
