Leo Berdi is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software engineering and development management. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Oracle since 2020, Leo leads the development of the OCI Data Management Platform, focusing on robust business intelligence and enterprise productivity. Prior experience includes a tenure at Cisco from 2015 to 2020 as a Senior Software Engineering Manager, where Leo defined the vision and strategy for a scalable cloud and data analysis platform. At Broadcom Limited from 2012 to 2014, Leo successfully re-engineered a platform, achieving a 30X increase in efficiency. Earlier roles at HP involved leading the development of AI/ML solutions for the webOS platform, including a near-real-time Data Classification engine. Leo holds a degree from San Jose State University.

Oracle hardware products include Oracle Engineered Systems, servers, storage and industry-specific products, among others. Customers generally opt to purchase hardware support contracts when they purchase Oracle hardware products. Oracle also offers services to assist its customers and partners to maximize the performance of their Oracle purchases.
