Oracle
Luiz Meisler is executive vice president of Oracle Latin America. Meisler is responsible for increasing the company’s leadership in the Latin America region and ensuring that Oracle’s customers receive the highest level of service, both directly and indirectly, through its business partners.
Meisler joined the company in 1998 as head of sales and consultancy operations for Oracle Latin America. Prior to his role as executive vice president, he served as senior vice president of Oracle Latin America, and before that, as president of Oracle Brazil. Meisler has been recognized by Latin Trade magazine as the “Best in Latin America in 2004” and won a Latin Trade Bravo Business Award while serving as Oracle Latin America CEO in 2003.
During his management of the region, International Data Group’s PC World Latin American Awards 2001 selected Oracle E-Business Intelligence as the “Best Electronic Commerce Solution” in Latin America.
Prior to Oracle, Meisler was a senior consultant at Arthur Andersen. He also founded Result System and was the CFO and CIO of Lojas Americanas, the biggest retail chain in Brazil. Meisler has an MS and a BS in production engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel.

Oracle cloud license and on-premise license deployment offerings include Oracle Applications, Oracle Database and Oracle Middleware software offerings, among others, which customers deploy using IT infrastructure from the Oracle Cloud or their own cloud-based or on-premise IT environments. Oracle hardware products include Oracle Engineered Systems, servers, storage and industry-specific products, among others. Customers generally opt to purchase hardware support contracts when they purchase Oracle hardware products. Oracle also offers services to assist its customers and partners to maximize the performance of their Oracle purchases.
