Hector Romero has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. In 2000, they began their career as a Technology Risk Consultant at Deloitte & Touche. ♾️ Hector then moved on to establish their own company, BLEIN Consulting, in 2005. BLEIN Consulting, which focused on creating digital solutions to help companies connect with their customers, was eventually acquired by Xertica in 2018. During their time at BLEIN Consulting, Hector's projects emphasized prioritizing the customer, focusing on the customer's entire life cycle, and integrating processes, people, and technology.

At Xertica, Hector held multiple roles. From 2018 to 2020, they served as the VP of Salesforce.com, leading the company's Salesforce.com practice and assisting organizations in building customer-centric organizations. In 2020, they transitioned to the position of Latam Salesforce.com Sales Strategy, developing Salesforce.com practices for Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, and Mexico based on the company's strategy.

In 2020, Hector co-founded and became the CEO of Orange Digital CX. The company specializes in helping brands and organizations create digital experiences across various channels, focusing on customer success and increasing sales through Martech solutions.

Hector also expanded their expertise into the podcasting world as a co-host of Escalables Podcast in 2021. Overall, their extensive work experience showcases their passion for helping organizations adapt to the digital world and develop customer-centric approaches.

Hector Romero's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA - EMP95) degree from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, which they pursued from 2013 to 2014. ♾️ Hector also attended The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2013, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree.

Prior to their MBA studies, Hector Romero completed a bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, which they pursued from 1997 to 2001.

In addition to their formal education, Hector Romero has obtained multiple certifications. In 2015, they received the Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (SU15) certification from Salesforce.com. In 2012, they obtained the Salesforce.com Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (SU12) certification, and in 2011, they obtained the Salesforce.com Certified Administrator (SU11) certification. ♾️ Hector also holds a certification as a Human Side Instructor from MGT Consultoría, obtained in 2008, and a certification in The Bullet Proof Manager from Crestcom International, also obtained in 2008.
