Pablo Donadio has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Pablo began their career as a Project Manager at Aasasoft from 2004 to 2008. Subsequently, they served as the Director General of Tutto Pizza, where they focused on innovation and product development in the food industry.
In 2010, Pablo joined Universidad Metropolitana de Monterrey as the Director of Preparatoria, a position they held until 2012. Pablo then transitioned to Universida del Valle de México, where they served as the Director of Posgrados y Lic. ejecutivas from 2012 to 2013.
From 2013 to 2018, Pablo worked as the Managing Partner at BLEIN Consulting. During this time, they gained valuable experience in business management and consulting.
In 2014, Pablo became a CEB Authorized Facilitator of the Challenger Selling Model™ at CEB, focusing on sales effectiveness and helping organizations implement the insight-led sales approach.
In 2018, Pablo joined Xertica as the Head of Salesforce Practice, leading the delivery of Salesforce solutions. Pablo held this position until 2021, where they transitioned to the role of Head of Delivery at Orange Digital CX.
Pablo's experience showcases their expertise in project management, sales effectiveness, business consulting, and leadership in the technology and education sectors.
Pablo Donadio has a diverse educational background. Pablo earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they studied from 1997 to 2002. During their time at Tecnológico de Monterrey, they also pursued a Master's degree in Administration.
In 1999, Pablo attended Indiana University Bloomington, where they studied Business for a year.
Later in their career, Pablo obtained several certifications related to their field. In 2015, they became a Microsoft Certified Professional and received certifications in Managing Microsoft Dynamics Implementations and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Application. Additionally, in 2020, they became an Authorized Challenger Advisor.
