Tim Needham has held a variety of roles in the supply chain and procurement field since 2011. Tim began their career as a Supply Chain Intern at B/E Aerospace in 2011, followed by a Procurement Intern role at Hawker Beechcraft. In 2013, they joined Garmin International as a Buyer (Avionics Manufacturing) and New Product Introduction Planner (Avionics). In 2016, they moved to ERIKS Seals & Plastics where they held the role of Procurement Manager (Accelerate Leadership Program). Currently, they are employed at Orange EV as the Director of Supply Chain and Procurement Manager.
Tim Needham obtained a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management from The University of Kansas in 2013. Tim then went on to earn a Master of Science (M.S.) in Engineering Management from Louisiana Tech University in 2016. In addition, they obtained a Motorsports Management certification from Sports Management Worldwide in November 2012 and a Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification from Collective Brands, Inc. in February 2012.
