Effective 17 October 2022, Vincent Lecerf joined Orange as Executive Vice President Human Resources and Transformation.
Vincent Lecerf is a graduate of EDHEC Business School and holds an M. Phil in organizational sociology from Paris IX Dauphine. Before joining the Group, in January 2017, Vincent Lecerf was appointed Group Chief Human Resources Officer for Imerys, a major French group specializing in industrial minerals, and then SVP of the HR Function and member of the Executive Committee also overseeing Communications and CSR. Previously he was HR Director and a member of the management board for nine years at Tarkett. He has also held various HR management positions for the Valeo, Poclain Hydraulics, Rhodia and Norbert Dentressangle groups.
