Ahmed-Karim Tawfik

Ahmed-Karim Tawfik has extensive experience in investment and business development, currently serving as the Chief Investment Officer for Orascom Construction PLC since August 2015, where responsibilities include oversight for OC subsidiaries and corporate investment strategies. Tawfik has held various board positions in several organizations, including Orascom Construction 3D, United Holding Co., MESA, and Drymix Egypt. Previous experience includes roles at EFG Hermes Holding as an Investment Banking Summer Associate and Delta Industries, where leadership positions spanned from Head of Business Development to Business Development Manager. Tawfik holds an MBA in Finance and Management from The Wharton School and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from The American University in Cairo.
