Rebecca Rader

Rebecca Rader, RAC, has an extensive background in regulatory affairs and process improvement within the medical device industry. Since 2011, Rader has held various leadership positions at OraSure Technologies, including Director of Regulatory Affairs and Associate Director of Regulatory Affairs, guiding the company through regulatory processes and compliance. Prior to this, Rader worked at OraSure Technologies from 2004 to 2010, progressing from Process Improvement Scientist to Group Leader in Western Blot Manufacturing. Rader earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Moravian University from 1997 to 2001.
