Mike Hansen

Mike Hansen is an accomplished technical leader in the field of software engineering, currently serving as the VP of Software Engineering at ORBCOMM since October 2015. In this role, Mike oversees the Container and Port Solutions group, focusing on innovative platforms for monitoring and controlling refrigerated containers and other assets. Prior to this position, Mike held the role of Sr. Director of Product Development at ORBCOMM, continuing the evolution of IoT solutions for reefer containers and various asset types. Mike's career began at WAM Technologies, where as a Consulting Solution Architect and Development Manager, Mike delivered key technical outcomes for major projects, including a significant program for Maersk Line.
