Arno Smolic is an experienced IT professional currently serving as IT Director at Orbico Group since January 2018. Prior to this role, Arno held the position of Head of Information Systems at Metro Cash&Carry from July 2001 to December 2017, and served as IT Manager at Bauhaus Croatia for a brief period in 2001. Arno's career began as IT Manager at Segro from October 1997 to August 2000, following a role as Software Developer for Retailers from April 1994 to September 1997. Arno started in academia as an Assistant at the University of Zagreb from June 1989 to March 1994. Arno holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Radiocommunication and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Radiocommunication, both from the University of Zagreb's Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing.
