Prior to this, Rosa held various accounting and managerial positions at Axelia Partners, New England Retail Express, Laminart, KPMG en Venezuela, and Industrias Pulli, C.A. Rosa also holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Northeastern University, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universidad 'Santa María', and a Tax Advisor Program certification from IDEPROCOP.
