Aanchal Chatterjee has a diverse work experience. Aanchal began their career in 2018 as a Research Assistant at the UBC Department of Psychology. In 2019, they took on a role as a Behavioural Interventionist at Family Centred Practices Group. In 2021, they became the Founder of Repose Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and also worked as a Human Resources Intern at KFin Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Later that year, they shifted to Vana Global as a Human Resources Associate. In 2023, they were appointed as a Human Resource Associate at Orbit Reporting + Analytics.
Aanchal Chatterjee graduated from The University of British Columbia in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. In 2020, they obtained a Science of Well-Being certification from Coursera. In 2019, they obtained a QPR Gatekeeper Certificate from the QPR Institute. In 2018, they obtained an Ethical Conduct for Research Involving Humans Course on Research Ethics certification from the Tri-Council Policy Statement 2, as well as a Clinical Program certification from Asha Hospital. Aanchal is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from NMIMS Global, which they are expected to complete in 2024.
