Aditi Dhadwaiwale

Aditi Dhadwaiwale is a Senior Researcher at Orbital since July 2025, previously serving as a Founding Mechanical Engineer at Noya from January 2022 to July 2025 and as Co-Founder at Just Engineering from May 2019 to May 2022. During tenure at Just Engineering, Aditi focused on redesigning the enclosure for Looma, an educational tool, overseeing all design phases from concept to prototyping. Prior experience includes roles as a Design Engineer in R&D at Heat and Control Inc., where Aditi developed parametric models and conducted engineering analyses, and an Engineering Intern at the same company, where project work involved designing food production systems and performing simulations. Aditi has also worked as a Math Instructor for Veterans Upward Bound at Arizona State University and completed internships at prestigious institutions such as the Indian Institute of Technology, Indore, and GRASIM Industries Limited. Aditi holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Medicaps Institute of Technology and Management.
