Andrew Mills has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies. Andrew currently holds the position of Interim Chief Executive Officer at Orbital UAV since September 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the General Manager Operations at the same company, starting in November 2021. Before joining Orbital UAV, Andrew held various roles at Hella. Andrew was the Managing Director & CEO of Hella New Zealand Limited from February 2017 to January 2019, where they oversaw multi-site operations and increased global export activities. Andrew also served as the Manufacturing Operations Manager, responsible for leading a team of 180 staff and implementing Lean Manufacturing strategies. Additionally, Andrew worked at BAE Systems from 2003 to 2008, where they managed the Quality Management Team and served as a Materials Engineer, providing materials advice and support for military aircraft.
From 1994 to 1998, Andrew Mills attended Newcastle University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Chemistry degree, with a focus on Chemistry.
