Phil Sponsler has had a successful career with extensive experience in manufacturing and leadership roles. Phil began their career at Aeroquip in 1984, starting as a Product Designer and eventually becoming a General Manager of the Automotive Connectors Division. Phil also held various managerial roles within the Aerospace Group. In 1998, they joined Albion Industries as a Plant Manager. In 2000, they joined Orbitform, where they served as the General Manager until 2008, when they were promoted to President. Phil recently retired as the President of Orbitform in June 2022.
Phil Sponsler attended Lumen Christi High School from 1973 to 1976. After completing high school, they pursued further education at Michigan State University where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Engineering with a focus on Mechanical Design. This degree was earned between the years 1980 and 1984.
