Richard Talbot has a diverse work experience in the forensic field. Richard started their career at Forensic Alliance in 2002 as a Forensic Scientist and worked there until 2007. In 2007, they joined Cellmark Forensic Services as a Reporting Scientist and held various roles within the company, including Reporting Scientist, Team leader, Casework Operations Manager, Senior Manager of Forensic Casework Services, and currently serves as the Head Of Operations since April 2017.

Richard Talbot's education history consists of three notable achievements. Richard attended Cecil Jones High School from 1992 to 1999, where they obtained GCSEs and A-levels. Subsequently, from 1999 to 2002, they pursued a degree in Forensic Science at the University of South Wales. Lastly, they pursued higher education from 2012 to 2015, studying at The Open University, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree.
