Matthew Ham

Head of Engineering at OrderUp

Matthew Ham has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Matthew started their career as a Software Developer at Ollon in July 2015 and worked there until January 2018. In February 2020, they joined VendorPM as a Technical Lead for three months. Later in May 2020, they moved to Capital One as an Associate Software Engineer and worked there until June 2021. At the same time, in August 2020, Matthew co-founded Arctic Labs and served as a Co-Founder until August 2021. Matthew then became the Managing Partner at Arctic Labs from August 2021 to January 2023. Concurrently, in June 2021, they worked at Questrade Financial Group as a Senior Software Engineer until March 2022. Currently, Matthew is at OrderUp as a Software Engineer II from April 2022 and is now the Head of Engineering as of March 2023.

Matthew Ham studied at Toronto Metropolitan University from 2016 to 2020. Matthew pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science during this time.
