Chuck Newton is an accomplished cybersecurity and military leader with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Cybersecurity Operations for the Army National Guard since January 2025, Chuck previously held the role of Director of Cyber Security at Inspire Brands from June 2018 to December 2024, overseeing security engineering, incident response, and threat intelligence functions. Additionally, Chuck has served as a graduate student at the Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy and has a long tenure with the Georgia National Guard, where roles included Deputy Commander and Brigade Support Battalion Commander. Prior experience at Norfolk Southern Corporation involved managing information security architecture and operations, alongside enterprise server and virtualization services. Chuck's educational background comprises advanced degrees in National Resource Security, Accountancy, Organizational Leadership, and Computer Information Systems.
