Alexis Vaughn

Alexis Vaughn is a Human Resources Assistant with experience in various organizations, currently serving at the Oregon Child Development Coalition since March 2022 and previously at Cascade Management, Inc. from December 2020 to October 2021. Responsibilities include conducting reference checks, auditing employee paperwork, performing background checks, managing the help desk, and preparing new hire packets. Prior to these roles, Alexis worked as a Sales Associate at Old Navy from May 2016 to August 2020, enhancing customer interactions and managing store presentation. Additionally, Alexis served as a Resident Assistant at Oregon State University from April 2018 to June 2020, focusing on community building and supporting residents.
