Hilary Bradbury

Hilary Bradbury is a seasoned academic and practitioner in the field of action research, currently serving as Principal at Integrating Catalysts since November 2014 and as a Visiting Professor for Action Research at Business School Lausanne since August 2013. With ongoing roles at OHSU as an Action Researcher, Professor, and Editor, along with leadership as Editor in Chief of the Action Research Journal since 2000, Bradbury has made significant contributions to the discipline. The professional background includes being a founding member of Action Inquiry Associates and the Society for Organizational Learning, as well as holding positions at esteemed institutions such as the University of Southern California and Case Western Reserve University. Academically, Bradbury holds a Ph.D. in Organization Behavior from Boston College Carroll School of Management, a Master's degree in Religion & Literature from the University of Chicago, and a Bachelor's degree in German & Philosophy from Trinity College Dublin.
