Jordan Lee

Jordan Lee is an experienced computational biologist currently serving as Computational Biologist 2 at Oregon Health & Science University since April 2019, focusing on database development, single-cell analysis, drug response, and machine learning in cancer biology and COVID-19 research. Previously, Jordan held roles such as Computational Biologist 1 and Intern, as well as positions at the University of Oregon as a Bioinformatics and Genomics Master's Student Researcher, and at the Stowers Institute for Medical Research as a Data Analyst. Early career experience includes data specialist roles at Google, a research technician and data analyst position at the University of Washington, and research roles in various projects related to organic chemistry and ecology. Jordan holds a Master of Science in Bioinformatics and Genomics from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Science in Aquatic and Fishery Sciences from the University of Washington.
