Rachael Snow has a diverse and extensive work experience in the development and fundraising field. Rachael has held various roles in different organizations, showcasing their expertise in leading operational strategies and managing staff and systems responsible for CRM, system administration, integrations, automation, and analytics. Starting in 2013, Rachael worked at OPB as the Director of Development Operations, overseeing requirements, design, scope, timeline, and resourcing for enterprise projects. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2013, they served as the Annual Giving Manager at the Oregon Historical Society, where they managed the strategy and implementation of an omni-channel annual fundraising program. Earlier in their career, they worked at Wild Salmon Center as a Development Associate, responsible for overseeing development systems and managing the membership program. Before that, they held positions at Santa Catalina School as an Associate Director of Development and Gifts Manager, managing processes and procedures related to the recording, acknowledgment, and reporting of donations. Rachael's career started at CSU Monterey Bay as an Instructional Developer and Grant Writer. Overall, Rachael Snow has a wealth of experience in development operations, membership operations, annual giving, and donor management.

Rachael Snow's education history begins in 1998 when they enrolled at California State University, Monterey Bay. Rachael pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and completed their studies in 2001. Rachael then went on to attend Regis University from 2004 to 2006, where they earned a Master of Arts degree in Non-Profit Management.

In addition to their formal education, Rachael Snow has obtained several certifications. In December 2022, they became a Salesforce Certified Strategy Designer, and in September 2022, they achieved Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) and Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certifications. The institutions that provided these certifications were Salesforce itself.
