Ross Anderson

Ross Anderson is a Co-Founder and Principal Investigator at Creative Engagement Lab, LLC, where projects focus on enhancing teachers' creativity and student identity development. Additionally, Anderson serves as an Associate Scientist at the Oregon Research Institute and previously worked as a Principal Researcher at Inflexion, leading innovative education strategy projects. With a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from the University of Oregon, expertise encompasses quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and policy accountability systems. Ross Anderson has held various research and strategic roles, including grant writing and outreach for the Northwest Indian Language Institute, and managed over $6.5 million in grant funding as Director of Strategic Initiatives for Norwich Public Schools.
