Brie Caffey, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in human resources and administrative roles. Brie started their career in 1996 as a Human Resources Associate at LG&E Natural and then continued to work as a Human Resources Manager at LML Payment Systems and Nine Dots (formerly CyberSight, LLC). In 2002, they joined Project POOCH as an Assistant to the Director, where they were involved in connecting incarcerated youth with shelter dogs for training. From 2005 to 2014, Brie worked as a Senior Administrative Specialist at the City of Corvallis. In 2014, they became a Human Resources Business Partner at Oregon Freeze Dry, Inc. and then joined Oregon State Credit Union in 2015. At the credit union, Brie held various roles, starting as an HR Generalist, then serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, and currently working as the Assistant Director of Human Resources.
Brie Caffey, PHR, SHRM-CP has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Special Education and Teaching from the University of Arizona. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications in Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in July 1999 and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in 2015.
