Ron B. is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system administration and technical support across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior System Administrator at Oregon State Credit Union since July 2020, Ron has a proven track record of building and maintaining servers, migrating domains, and managing Microsoft Exchange environments. Previous roles include Senior Technical Support Engineer at SentinelOne and Symantec, where Ron specialized in remote support for security software and enterprise-level technical issues. With a background in SCCM administration, helpdesk support, and IT management for educational institutions, Ron also possesses expertise in Active Directory, mobile device management, and various operating systems. Ron's career began at Practical Computers Inc. as a Computer/Network Technician, and the foundational experience is complemented by a high school diploma from Springfield High School.
