Toni Doolen is a highly experienced academic and leader at Oregon State University, serving as Dean of the Honors College and the College of Education, alongside roles as a Professor and Interim Associate Vice President for Budget and Resource Planning. With a career at Oregon State University beginning in June 2001, Toni has also contributed as Associate Head for Undergraduate Programs and Associate Dean of the University Honors College. Prior to this academic tenure, Toni worked at Hewlett-Packard from August 1987 to December 1998, with responsibilities including Project Manager and Senior Member of Technical Staff. Toni holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in industrial engineering from Oregon State University and a Bachelor of Science in Material Science and Electrical Engineering from Cornell University. Additionally, Toni is involved with the Society of Women Engineers and previously held a role with the Institute of Industrial Engineers.
