Kristen Miller has extensive experience in corporate communications, recruitment, and administrative support, currently serving as the Manager of Internal Corporate Communications at Oregon Tool since April 2017. In this role, Kristen leads the internal communications strategy and develops plans to enhance corporate identity and mission. Prior to this position, Kristen worked as a Corporate Recruiter, providing full-cycle recruitment for the Portland headquarters, and served as an Executive Administrative Assistant to the CEO and Senior Leadership, where responsibilities included office management and support for executive productivity. Previous roles include Office Management Specialist at the U.S. Department of State and Executive Support Specialist 2 at the Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services. Kristen began a career in public service as a Committee Assistant for the State of Oregon Legislature and as a Special Education Peace Corps Volunteer. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Special Education from the University of Oregon.
