Danica Person is an experienced professional in youth development and case management, currently serving as Youth Development Supervisor at Oregon Zoo since May 2023. Previously, Danica worked at Janus Youth Programs, Inc. as Senior Case Manager and Youth Care Specialist from April 2020 to April 2023. Danica’s background includes an education-focused role as Education Specialist with the Peace Corps from June 2018 to March 2020, and various positions in legal and community engagement settings such as Legal Assistant at Aoki Law PLLC and Community Outreach Intern at King County Office of Law Enforcement Oversight. Danica began developing leadership skills as Program Staff at Boys and Girls Club of America and served as Senior Councilor and Global Leadership Mentor at Summer Camp of America. Danica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies, Law Society and Justice from the University of Washington, earned from 2014 to 2018.
