V Brennan

V Brennan currently serves as the Chief Transformation Officer at Orfium, a position held since November 2024. Prior to this role, V Brennan was with Slack from March 2018 to November 2024, progressing from Director of Engineering to Senior Director of Engineering, where leadership was demonstrated in managing global teams across various infrastructure domains. V Brennan also worked at Spotify as a Regional Lead from September 2016 to March 2018, focusing on the delivery of internal platforms and security measures. Earlier experience includes serving as Software Development Manager at Bank of New Zealand, leading digital transformation initiatives, and as Change and Leadership Consultant at Smart Thinking Limited, with extensive expertise in managing technology and behavioral changes. V Brennan holds an MSc from Trinity College Dublin and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology, Sociology, and Psychology from Victoria University of Wellington.
