Keegan McGrath

Keegan McGrath is a seasoned professional in the field of international relations and nonproliferation, currently serving as a Senior Policy Officer at the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) since September 2022. Prior to this role, Keegan held positions at the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO) as a Strategic Communication Officer from September 2021 to September 2022 and worked for over a decade in various capacities, including External Relations Officer and Consultant, from October 2009 to December 2020. Keegan began a career in research as a Research Associate at the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies in 2009. Keegan holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Master's degree from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.
