Matthew Thornley

Matthew Thornley is an accomplished professional currently serving as Associate Director of External Manufacturing Operations at Organon since February 2021, overseeing three manufacturing sites and leading the expansion of injection molding and automated assembly lines. Previous roles at Organon include leading key projects for fertility products and managing the value chain for commercial strategies. Prior to Organon, positions at MSD involved directing external manufacturing operations and senior supply chain management, where significant contributions included the creation of a packaging growth strategy for a major oncology product. Early experience includes an analyst internship at Zoscales Partners and a regional supply planning internship at MSD, focusing on logistics in emerging markets.
