Roy Ten Dam

Roy ten Dam is an experienced professional in the field of laboratory analysis and quality assurance, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Sr. Business Analyst Laboratory at Organon since February 2008, Roy has also held roles such as Lab Manager for Equipment Maintenance and Calibration and Lab Coach for Lab System Validation. Prior to Organon, Roy worked at MSD from August 2020 to June 2021 as Labcoach for Equipment Maintenance and Calibration, focusing on the qualification, maintenance, and calibration of lab equipment. From February 2008 to August 2020, Roy served as Sr. Lab Scientist Quality at MSD Nederland, where responsibilities included coordinating the development and validation of analytical methods for quality assurance. Earlier experience includes the role of Development Analyst at Synthon, where Roy developed various analytical methods for drug substance and product analysis. Roy holds a BSc in Analytical Chemistry from HAN University of Applied Sciences and completed MLO education from 1994 to 1998.
