Marko Baros

Marko Baros has a diverse work background in various roles and industries. Marko recently joined Orgnostic as a Product Manager in October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at JAGGAER as a Product Owner from June 2021 to September 2021.

From 2018 to 2021, Marko served as an Analytics Manager at United.Cloud, where they gained experience in data analytics. In 2018, they briefly worked as a Machine Learning Researcher at Everseen.

Before that, Marko worked as a Bioinformatics Analyst at Seven Bridges from 2017 to 2018, where they specialized in analyzing biological data. Prior to that, they held the role of a Data Analyst and Image Processing Specialist at Tumour Trace from 2016 to 2017.

In 2012, Marko worked as a Summer Scholar at the University of Lausanne, gaining research experience. Marko also served as an Amgen Summer Scholar at Bernstein Network Computational Neuroscience, Germany in 2011.

Marko has a strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and product management across different industries.

Marko Baros completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Belgrade from 2010 to 2013. During the same period in 2010, they also attended the Petnica Science Centre, where they studied Computer Science. From 2006 to 2010, Marko attended the Grammar school "Svetozar Markovic" and focused on Sciences. In 2008 and 2009, they also studied Psychology at the Petnica Science Centre. After completing their undergraduate studies, Marko pursued a Master's degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne), which they obtained from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Marko Baros obtained the certification "AWS Fundamentals: Going Cloud-Native" from Coursera in January 2021.
