Simon Osborne

Simon Osborne has a diverse background in UX design and research. Simon is currently working as a Principal UX Designer and Researcher at Orgvue, where they lead and manages the research and design process to meet business and user needs. Prior to this, Simon worked as a Lead UX Designer and Researcher at ADP, where they contributed to UX improvements and UI enhancements for global payroll applications. Simon also worked as a Lead User Experience Designer at the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, implementing recommendations for their blueprint strategy. Simon has experience in leading and delivering user research and design projects at Experian, Aviva, and Abcam. Additionally, they have worked on various web and digital design projects and has expertise in design thinking, interactive prototype design, project management, and quantitative and qualitative research.

Simon Osborne obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Graphic Design from Brunel University London, graduating between 1994 and 1997.
