Sudheer Kumar

Sudheer Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sudheer began their career in 2004 as a Hardware Engineer at CMC Pvt Ltd, where they worked until 2008. Sudheer then joined Trimex Sands Pvt Ltd in 2009 as an Assistant IT Manager, later transitioning to the role of Sr. Officer - IT. At Trimex Sands Pvt Ltd, Sudheer played a key role in the implementation of SAP and provided user support for SAP issues. Sudheer also contributed to maintaining systems, network, and firewall, and was involved in planning and implementing new IT initiatives. In 2021, Sudheer joined HFCL as the Deputy Manager - IT. Here, they were responsible for IT infrastructure planning and implementation, as well as being a core member for user support for SAP issues. Sudheer also worked on planning new IT implementations and was involved in ISO certification work. Sudheer's most recent role is as the Lead End User Support at Orient Cement, starting in 2023. In this position, they are responsible for ticketing tool monitoring and management, incident and change management issue resolution, and planning and executing IT infrastructure and new IT initiatives.

Sudheer Kumar completed their Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from Pondicherry University through distance education. Sudheer graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Computer Applications from Vidyaardhi Degree College in the years 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended Santiniketan Junior College from 1996 to 1998 where they earned their Intermediate degree in MPC. Sudheer's education began at Bala Bhanu Vidyalayam, where they completed their High School education from 1986 to 1996. Additionally, they obtained a Diploma in Hardware and Networking from IIHT, Vizag in the year 2001 to 2002.
