James Gittins

James Gittins is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in AS/400 system monitoring and support. Currently serving as an IBM Midrange System Engineer at First National Technology Solutions since July 2019, James previously held positions as System Support Specialist and IT Service Desk Supervisor, overseeing operations in a 24/7 Systems and Security Operations Center. With a career beginning in 1989 at First Data Resources and continuing through roles at Hewlett-Packard Corp, James has consistently demonstrated expertise in system integrity and support. Educational qualifications include studies at Metropolitan Community College and completion of RSA in 2010.
