Anna Mirecka has extensive experience in process engineering and quality assurance, currently serving as the Process Engineering Team Manager and Coordinator of the Energy Management System ISO 50001 at Orifarm since April 2021. In this role, Anna is responsible for the establishment, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Energy Management System, ensuring compliance with standards and reporting results to top management. Previously, Anna held the position of Service Engineering Manager at Takeda, where responsibilities included managing qualification processes and technical documentation as well as ensuring effective communication within the team. Anna's experience also includes serving as an Operational Quality Assurance Specialist at Takeda, focusing on quality compliance and risk management. Additionally, Anna worked as a Process Engineer and AGILE Change Agent at Jabil. Anna holds a postgraduate degree in Management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, a Master's degree as a Qualified Person from Uniwersytet Medyczny w Łodzi, and a Magister inżynier degree in Chemical and Process Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology.
