Joanna Kostka

Joanna Kostka has a wealth of experience in finance and management roles. Joanna began their career at K.R. Audyt in 2003 as an Accounting Manager, where they worked until 2011. In 2011, they joined Oriflame Cosmetics as an SSF Country Leader and AP Manager, overseeing a team and managing accounting services for various countries. Joanna then progressed to roles such as GSSF Controlling Manager, Senior Finance Manager Global Supply Chain, Sustainability & Quality, and Finance Director Global Supply Chain and Procurement. Most recently, Joanna has been serving as the Senior Finance Director Global Finance at Oriflame Cosmetics, contributing to strategic planning and development and managing financial operations.

Joanna Kostka attended Kozminski University from 2003 to 2008, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. In 2013, they pursued the CIMA Diploma in Management Accounting from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Additionally, Joanna obtained several certifications from LinkedIn in 2019, including Leading with Vision, Improve Your Problem-Solving Skills, Leading Productive One-on-One Meetings, Making Decisions, Improving Your Judgment, Solving Business Problems, Critical Thinking, Getting Things Done, and Strategic Thinking.
