Nidhi Kanodia

Nidhi Kanodia is a seasoned taxation manager with extensive experience in both direct and indirect taxation, currently serving at Oriflame Cosmetics since January 2014. Nidhi has successfully led significant taxation projects, such as implementing GST across India and winning numerous tax litigations. Recognized as the Gold Employee of the Year in 2017 among over 300 employees, Nidhi has a strong background in income tax, transfer pricing, and strategic decision-making, including presentations to the Global CFO. Prior roles include positions at Michelin, KPMG, Ernst & Young, and SSDC and Associates, where Nidhi gained expertise in statutory audits, compliance across multiple states, and handling litigation for various multinational corporations. Nidhi holds a Chartered Accountant degree, along with post-qualification diplomas and degrees in international business and commerce.
