Tatiana Egorova

Tatiana Egorova has over 20 years of work experience in finance and leadership roles. Tatiana started their career as a Financial Accountant at Unilever, where they led the start-up of a company and managed various financial responsibilities. Tatiana then moved to Mars, Inc. as a General Accounting Manager, where they implemented SAP and supervised the period closing process. At Stockmeyer, they served as the Finance Director before joining Oriflame Cosmetics. At Oriflame Cosmetics, Tatiana held multiple positions including VP Finance CIS & Baltic's, Regional Financial Director CIS & Baltic's, VP Finance Europe, Africa, CIS, Global business development, and VP Global Assurance. In these roles, they managed large financial volumes, coordinated with external stakeholders, improved cyber-security, conducted tax cases, and strengthened GDPR processes.
