Courtney has gained valuable experience in human resources across various roles, including Human Resources Operations Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Origami Risk, as well as Human Resources Operations Manager and Operations Manager at Mind Body Co-op. Prior positions include Administrative Assistant at the Department of Correctional Services, Graduate Human Resources Intern at DAKOTA RED CORPORATION, and Research Assistant at the University of Iowa Consortium of Substance Abuse Research and Evaluation. Courtney is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-CP) and a Payroll Compliance Practitioner (FPC).
