Marina Vortmeyer

Marina Vortmeyer's work experience includes positions as a Product Manager at OriGene Technologies, Inc. starting in 2019 and at Acris Antibodies from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Molecular Cell Biologist (PhD Student) at Radboudumc from 2010 to 2015. Marina also had experience as a Master Student in Molecular Immunology at LIMES Life & Medical Science Institute in 2010. Before that, they worked as a Master Student in Cell Biology at Radboudumc in 2009, focusing on real-time apoptotic and necrotic events. Marina also worked as a Bachelor Student in Biochemistry at Radboudumc in 2008, focusing on quantification of immunologically active signaling proteins.

Marina Vortmeyer received their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Natural Sciences from Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences from 2005 to 2008. Marina then pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Life Sciences from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN) from 2007 to 2008. Marina furthered their studies at Radboud University, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Molecular Mechanisms of Disease from 2008 to 2010. Finally, they completed their education at Radboud University, earning a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Molecular Cell Biology with a specialization in Tumor Cell Migration from 2010 to 2015.
