Gaya Bulathsinghala is a highly skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in process safety and engineering across various companies, including Origin Energy, APA Group, Shell, BG Group, Hatch, and Carter Holt Harvey. Currently serving as a Senior Process Safety Engineer at Origin Energy since February 2023, Gaya previously held senior roles focusing on process safety initiatives and operational excellence, contributing to major projects in safety assurance, incident investigations, and gas transmission operations. With a strong background in process engineering, commissioning, and project management, Gaya has led significant projects, developed technical procedures, and optimized production processes within the oil and gas industry. Gaya holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering, both in Chemical & Materials from The University of Auckland.
