Leonardo Ramirez is a skilled product and label manager at Virgin Music Group, overseeing marketing strategies for numerous independent artists and labels since March 2023. Previously, at Creatividad, Leonardo held multiple roles including Live Video Broadcasts Manager, where over 200 live streaming events were successfully produced, and Senior Live Event Production Manager, focusing on music concert production and account management for major clients. As the founder of Baila Social México, an initiative that recognized 150% annual growth in dance academy subscriptions, Leonardo showcased entrepreneurial acumen. Additional experience includes audio direction and production for Sanofi's short film. Leonardo holds a Master's degree in Communication and Marketing from Universidad Anáhuac and a Bachelor’s in Digital Music Production Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
