Lucas Venancio has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Lucas started their career as an Information Technology Intern at Celepar from March 2014 to May 2015, where they troubleshooted problems, ensured system quality, and implemented new functionalities. Lucas then interned at CITS from June 2015 to May 2017, developing scripts and tools to address issues and enhance system performance.
Moving forward, Lucas worked as a Customer Services Specialist at IG Networks from August 2017 to October 2019. Lucas'sresponsibilities included leading service improvement projects, managing remote teams, and providing guidance and support.
After that, they joined Infobip in November 2019, taking on roles such as Customer Care Technician, Customer Care Engineer, and Implementation Consultant. In these positions, Lucas provided comprehensive assistance to clients, mentored new employees, managed internal incidents, and conducted consulting sessions.
Currently, Lucas works at Origin as an Implementation Engineer, starting in April 2022. Lucas'smain duties involve managing projects for new clients, optimizing processes, and integrating various tools to improve client customization and quality.
Lucas Venancio completed their Bachelor of Information Systems at Faculdade FESP from 2014 to 2020. During their time at the university, they focused on Information Technology Project Management and Software engineering.
