Peter Neale has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Peter is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Orikan, a provider of parking and smart city technology solutions. Prior to this, Peter held several positions at Serco, including Managing Director of Citizen Services (AsPac) and General Manager of the ADF Health Service Contract. Peter also served as the Director of Transformation & Growth and Digital Transformation Director at Serco. Before joining Serco, Peter worked at VicRoads in roles such as Director of Strategy & Service Innovation and Business Improvement & Program Manager. Throughout their career, Peter has demonstrated expertise in leadership, strategy development, transformation programs, and service innovation.
Peter Neale attended Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2017 for the Serco Leadership Program (on Campus), focusing on Leadership. From 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Swinburne University of Technology, with a specialization in Business Administration and Management. In 2011, Peter also completed a Management & Leadership Program at Melbourne Business School. Peter'seducation history started in 2001 when they undertook an Accounting & Commercial Law - Deferred program at Victoria University, emphasizing Accounting and Business/Management.
